As you may or may not know about me is if you follow any of my socials or read my blog often is, I have a huge love for the anime and manga that is ‘Sailor Moon’!!! I have been a huge ‘Moonie’ fan since a child. I have collected all the manga’s / comics, I have some collectable dolls, I have posters on my walls in my study and I even went to see the Sailor Moon super live that came to London earlier this year with my youngest daughter. If it is Sailor Moon themed, I love it, I want it, and I totally need it in my life.
I also discovered this year in Brighton a comic book store called ‘Forbidden Planet’, if you wish to know more about that then please see my previous blog posts, because I literally just done a travel review on the store. But… that was where I found this!!! A cute little lucky bag type of mystery bag where inside is a Sailor Moon bag clip, but until you open it you have no idea what is inside. I found this so damn cute so I just had to grab myself one and open it up to see which Sailor Scout or Sailor Guardian was inside.
This one was the series 4, which means dammit, I have missed out on three previous series lol, and there is a chance to find one of eleven different Sailor Moon themed bag clips.
In all honesty, I was hoping for either Sailor Moon herself, Sailor Jupiter, or Sailor Moons brooch or wand… I did in fact receive Sailor Venus, which although she is not my favourite Sailor Scout of all time, she is also a damn lovely character and is feisty and fights evil on her own sometimes without the other Sailor Scouts, which makes her a highly unique character in the Sailor Moon universe, plus she also has some of her own comic books and manga’s too!!!
I wasn’t upset about getting Sailor Venus because in reality I would love to collect them all and I need to start somewhere. And although she is damn cute, I will not be putting her on my bag any time soon and that is only because I would be too scared of her falling off and getting lost or even being ripped off my bag and stolen. It is so hard and rare to find anything Sailor Moon in the UK, so if I lost her, trying to get her back or find a new one would be hard to do.

It was actually really fun to buy this and open it up and being like a child again, wondering what mysterious toy I was going to find inside. I can’t remember exactly how much this cost me, but I believe it was around the £7 mark but I am unsure.
Was it worth it? Yes, most definitely. Like I mentioned before it is damn hard to find anything Sailor Moon in the UK, so for me it was just a little bit of fun and excitement to see what character I would collect and receive. Would I buy another mystery bag and try to collect them all. A resounding yes!!! Of course I would want to collect them all. What mad person wouldn’t lol.
I hope you enjoyed my little blog post and let me know in the comments. Do you like Sailor Moon? If so who is your favourite Sailor Scout or Guardian?
